The AME3 Framework itself — including the Rules, the definitions in the Appendix, and the framework diagrams on the AME3 Poster.pdf — is licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0).

You are free to:

Share — copy and redistribute the framework in any medium or format
Adapt — remix, transform, and build upon it

for any purpose, including commercially.

Attribution requirement: credit the work as “AME3 by Peter Beck and Andreas Schliep, ame3.ai”, provide a link to the license, and indicate if changes were made.

Trademarks

AME3™ and Outevolve™ are trademarks of DasScrumTeam AG.

The CC BY 4.0 license covers the framework’s content but does not grant trademark rights. When you adapt or extend the AME3 Framework, you may reference the name AME3 to describe compatibility or lineage, but may not use the trademarks in a way that implies endorsement or official status without permission.
