Peter Beck

Peter Beck, also known as Pit, is a Scrum Trainer, engineer, and co-author of Outevolve. His mission is to help companies create value in the age of AI. With a degree in Electrical Engineering and Information Technology, he specializes in software development. Since 2004, he has helped businesses foster a culture of continuous evolution at scale. That work led him to co-found DasScrumTeam AG and to champion AME3 as the operating model for the AI-enhanced enterprise. Today he advises leaders on AI strategy and works hands-on with teams to put AI agents to productive use.
