LeSS
LeSS - Large-Scale Scrum and Large-Scale Scrum: More with LeSS by Craig Larman and Bas Vodde (Addison-Wesley, 2016)
LeSS scales Scrum to multiple teams on a single product with minimal additional rules. Developed by Craig Larman and Bas Vodde from 2005. Two variants:
LeSS (up to 8 teams): One Product Owner, one Product Backlog, one increment per Sprint. Self-managing, cross-functional, long-lived teams.
LeSS Huge (more than 8 teams): Adds Requirement Areas, each with an Area Product Owner and 4 to 8 teams.
Core principle: feature teams over component teams.
