Why GAME3 Has Been Renamed to AME3

We have always valued the term game in GAME3. It inspires us to create a framework for enterprises in a competitive market. Playing the game should be fair and enjoyable, based on clear rules — rules that are essential for any successful organization.

The term also highlights our connection to the achievements of those who came before us. As we like to say, we proudly stand on the shoulders of giants.

After many engaging discussions and presentations about GAME3, we carefully Assessed the feedback.

Many people appreciate the playful spirit of “game” in a business context. But we also received some surprising insights, we haven’t Anticipated. Sometimes, people assume GAME3 refers to a board game or agile game, which can lead to confusion.

Additionally, some organizations have very strict IT policies. Their systems block the GAME3 website simply because of the word “Game” in the URL. This can make it difficult — even for senior leaders — to access valuable information.

Time to Advance! We simply removed only the “G” from the name. Everything else remains unchanged. Including What AME3 represents:

A framework to lead the evolution of products, services, and the organization of tomorrow’s enterprises.

AME3 stands for: Adaptive Metaframework for Empirical Enterprise Evolution.

And, since we pronounce AME like “aim,” we are still reminded of the term game.
